Extraction: Steam distilled from the needles of the tree.
Aroma: Very fresh, clean, crisp balsamic evergreen/coniferous scent, reminiscent of open, sprawling forest.
BOTANY
Growing primarily in Russia and the States, these elegant firs have herringbone branches that bear cones that exudes characteristic scent.
Coniferous trees such as Fir, Pine and Spruce are guardian trees of our planet. They have cleansing and purifying constituents that are ideal for respiration, where forest bathing is regarded as a form of relaxation.

Its cleansing ability is not just good for purifying the air; it also helps clean the mind and stay relaxed by reducing stress.
Body/Physical:
Grounding and refreshing Fir Needle essential oil is a cleansing oil with natural antimicrobial and antibacterial properties help cleanse the air when diffused, it can also help ward off pathogens and promote healthy airways.
It has a clean, pleasing aroma; hence in many instances, it is a preferred alternative to Tea Tree.
As an anti-inflammatory, it is valuable for wound healing, skin inflammation and muscles relaxant in massage blend to loosen muscles before strenuous workout.
Like conifer oils, Siberian Fir is both an immune and circulatory stimulant. It can be used to treat urinary infections and deposits in lymphatic system; as well as respiratory complaints and fevers.

HOW TO USE
Diffuse & Inhale: Breathe in your favorite essential oils using an essential oil/aroma diffuser or personal pocket inhaler.
Apply Topically: This essential oil is 100% pure and undiluted. To apply to the skin, dilute with a high quality carrier oils or Carrier Oils Complex. Refer to our dilution chart. We recommend performing a skin patch test when using a new essential oil topically.
